It will take a long time to come to terms with what you experienced (two months is a very short time) but talking and writing about it will help not just you, but also those, like your mum, who shared the experience. You will find yourself on a roller-coaster of emotions for some time to come – one minute you think you’re fine, the next the tears return – that’s normal and will pass eventually.<br />I hope happy memories soon come to replace these negative ones for you. <br />Sending love and virtual hugs with these words.
